Our Costa Rica retreat is held in the heart of the jungle — a beautiful, living ecosystem filled with vibrant nature, fresh air, and incredible wildlife. With that natural beauty also comes bugs, insects, and small jungle critters that are part of the environment we are visiting.
If being in close connection with nature, humidity, outdoor sounds, or the presence of insects feels uncomfortable or misaligned for you, this retreat may not be the best fit. This experience is designed for those who feel called to immerse themselves fully in the raw beauty and rhythm of the jungle and can embrace it with openness and ease.
The Food and Meals…
The retreat center places a strong emphasis on healthy, nourishing eating. You can expect an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, clean whole foods, and primarily plant-based meals throughout your stay.
All meals are thoughtfully prepared each day by the on-site chef using fresh, local ingredients to support both wellness and enjoyment.
Dietary restrictions and preferences are happily honored so that everyone can feel cared for and enjoy meals that feel aligned and satisfying.

Flights & Transportation
Fly into Liberia Daniel Oduber Airport (LIR)
Plan your arrival on or before your retreat start date. Arrive before 3pm so we can pick you up and get you settled in before dinner.
Departure on the final day by 11:00 am. We will arrange your round-trip transportation to the airport to our retreat property.
